We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist belonging to the protected categories (Law 68 / 99), based in Lombardy. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across our European and US offices, supporting hiring managers in defining requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributions to employer branding initiatives and early talent projects. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles Source candidates via multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, networking Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data Support employer branding projects, including university partnerships and online presence Support HR and business teams in ensuring smooth hiring logistics and employee readiness Qualifications & Skills 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech or healthcare industries University degree in humanities, economics, psychology, law or related fields; Master in HR a plus Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, Boolean search, etc.) Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages considered a plus Team-oriented mindset and high attention to detail Location Remote working, eligible only for candidates based in Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, Italy.
