We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Video Activation Team in Milan. Whether you are a Consultant, this role will focus on ensuring high-quality video media activations that align with client objectives and campaign priorities.

Key Responsibilities
As aVideo Consultant you will:
1. Campaign Management:
2. Organize and activate video campaigns to ensure objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
3. Plan and execute video media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.
4. Monitor campaign performance to ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.
5. Team Collaboration:
6. Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs, providing feedback and quality control on deliverables.
7. Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against these targets.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.
9. Client Success:
10. Provide timely campaign reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
11. Maintain strong relationships with clients to address any challenges and manage expectations.
12. Process Improvement:
13. Support the implementation of the Amplifi strategy on commercial agreements.
14. Contribute to resource allocation optimization to ensure the right expertise and timing for campaign success.
Qualifications:
15. 2+ years of experience in video media planning or activation
16. Excellent knowledge of the Kubik, AQX, Arianna, and MCS applications.
17. Strong knowledge of video media platforms and tools.
18. Experience managing end-to-end video campaign processes.
19. Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
20. Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.
