Key Job Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on English digital content while listening to music and identify errors reported by various systems and customers based on the SOPs.
Work with headsets for quality checks on Music Tracks/Albums.
Continuously adapt to the business priorities, learn the features of multiple tools and systems used by the team, follow SOPs, identify and report errors in the content.
Be aware of basic operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage) and delivery/latency SLA and adhere to business expectations.
Be measured on compliance to these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals and ability to ideate and drive process improvements for closure.
Pay close attention to minute details, have good communication and writing skills, and a professional demeanor.
Proactively raise issues or alarms to manager or stakeholders that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Working knowledge of basic MS Office products and applications.
Good English language proficiency: verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong data analysis skills.
