He/She will be part of the E-commerce Department, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and optimize Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing; /li liUse Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns; /li liMonitor KPIs, create in-depth reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS; /li liCollaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies; /li liRun A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance; /li liContribute to the development of strategies for new international markets and audiences; /li liBuild new synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders; /li liDrive innovation by proposing new tools and/or innovative approaches. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4 years of experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns; /li liStrong knowledge of SA360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager; /li liKnowledge of Adobe Analytics (a plus) or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager; /li liBackground in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued; /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets; /li liFluent English; native or advanced Italian.
