INTERNSHIP TRACKS — PRODUCT MARKETING
* Support market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning and strategic decisions
* Help develop customer personas and journey maps to improve messaging and targeting
* Analyze market trends, consumer demand patterns, and growth opportunities
* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including product materials and launch preparation
INTERNSHIP TRACKS — TRADE MARKETING
* Support the development of channel strategies and promotional calendars
* Assist in in‑store activations and help evaluate campaign effectiveness
* Monitor sell‑out data and field activities to support strong retail execution
* Contribute insights to improve store‑level and channel performance
What you must‑have
* Final‑year student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields
* Availability for a full‑time and on site internship
* Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
* Strong analytical mindset and curiosity towards data and insights
* Good Excel skills (basic formulas, data structuring, simple analyses)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
* Proactive, hands‑on attitude with willingness to take ownership of tasks
* Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
* Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
* Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and business dynamics
Nice if you have
* Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, or performance tracking tools
* Basic understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, or segmentation
* Interest in AI‑supported tools for data analysis or marketing insights
* International mindset and interest in multinational environments
* Korean language skills
* Previous internship, university project, or case study related to marketing or data
