GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Financial Services Group in Nicosia who are searching to recruit an AML & Onboarding Officer to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 1-2 year’s of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review KYC documentation and process account openings
2. Review existing client files and request updated documentation where required
3. Update and maintain client data across internal systems
4. Perform client data analysis and prepare related reports
5. Liaise with various departments within the Company to support onboarding and compliance processes
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
7. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
8. 2–3 years of experience in merchant onboarding within an EMI or Payment Institution
9. CySEC AML Certificate, or willingness to obtain it within one year
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Fluency in Greek and English
12. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
13. Ability to work under pressure
