Involve in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.
Interact with senior management levels at a client or within Accenture, including negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments; decisions have lasting impact on the area of responsibility and can affect other areas.
Manage large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture (or be an individual contributor).
May require working in rotational shifts.

Qualifications Skill Required: Backoffice Customer Service Delivery P5.
Higher Degree.
YOE: 16 to 25 years.
Language: Italian C2.
What you will do: aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help in managing/resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, providing best resolutions; close faults and complaints within SLAs; strong email and chat typing skills preferred.
Process focus: providing products, services, and support to customers in a way that meets or exceeds expectations across all customer touchpoints.
