As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead and coordinate programs while owning Systems Engineering activities across the full product lifecycle, including New Product Development (NPD), New Technology Development (NTD), and Configuration Management.
In this role, you will:
* Act as the primary technical interface for customers on new products and technologies
* Support Product, Sales, and Business Units in defining ConOps and technical needs
* Define and maintain system architectures, interfaces, requirements, and V&V activities
* Ensure requirements flow-down and compliance with applicable regulations
* Support commercial activities during DTI and ITO phases
* Perform FMEA and root cause analysis using statistical methods
* Optimize technical processes and information flow
* Participate in customer and certification audits
For this role, you bring 10+ years of experience in Design and Systems Engineering (ideally in Oil & Gas, Power, or Nuclear), strong project and stakeholder management skills, solid analytical and process-improvement capabilities, hands-on experience with methodologies such as DFM, DOE, SPC, FMEA, and risk analysis, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel internationally (USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East).
Additional experience with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288, the INCOSE SE Handbook and SEBoK, INCOSE certification, strong mathematical skills, hands-on use of LEAN methodologies and tools, and technical French (written and spoken) will be considered a strong plus.
