The candidate we are looking for will lead the people strategy to enable business performance and sustainable growth. As a member of the management team, the role ensures that structure, culture, and capabilities support current and future business needs.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
\n
- Build a high-performing culture that feels authentically Italian while remaining deeply rooted in the company's global identity.
\n
- Drive workforce and succession planning to secure future competencies.
\n
- Support and challenge leadership as a strategic HR partner.
\n
- Ensure effective talent attraction, development, and retention.
\n
- Lead organizational development and digital transformation.
\n
- Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations (labor law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits).
\n
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Health & Safety teams.
\n
- Promote a safe, high-performance, and values-driven culture.
\n
\nRequired Knowledge and Experience:\n
\n
- Higher education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
\n
- Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organization.
\n
- Expertise in managing labor relations and union dynamics.
\n
- Strong business understanding (B2B/industrial environment preferred).
\n
- Fluent in English and Italian.
\n
\nWorkplace: Trento,\nwith required availability to travel within Italy and occasionally attend international meetings.
