We are hiring – CSE (Construction Safety Coordinator)
For a medical devices project in Ventimiglia (Liguria), we are looking for an experienced CSE – Construction Safety Coordinator (site-based).

📍 Location: Ventimiglia (Liguria), Italy – on-site
Project scope
Installation of a new production plant within an existing building (currently empty), including site set-up, construction and installation activities.
Main responsibilities
* Act as CSE (Coordinatore della Sicurezza in fase di Esecuzione) according to Italian Legislative Decree 81/08
* Coordinate safety activities among contractors and subcontractors
* Verify implementation of the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC)
* Review and monitor contractors’ POS documentation
* Lead HSE coordination meetings
* Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
* Support the project team in maintaining high safety standards
Requirements
* Qualification as CSP/CSE according to D.Lgs. 81/08
* Experience as CSE on industrial construction sites
* Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of construction HSE regulations
* Ability to coordinate multiple contractors on site
* Fluent Italian required
