We are looking for a resource to be included in the Employee Relations Team in order to provide leadership and strategic direction to the HR compliance agenda, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s Core Value and Code of Business Ethics ensuring fair and equitable treatment of Employees and effective communication; enforcing policies; investigating workplace conflicts and resolving them in a positive manner to ensure the Accenture workplace is a comfortable environment for all.ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise on HR policies as a subject matter expert, supplying support to HR representatives in interpreting and implementing HR policiesAssist HR Partners and business in managing routine Employee situations, critical specific misconduct issues and EmployeesCollaborate in investigation matters connected to all kinds of violationsManage specific aspects of program and change management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team, contribute to ER projects and initiativesSupport in managing the health monitoring process of the Employees and managing Union relations low complexity topicsQualificationsMinimum of 4 years experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex xjrgpwk organizationsKnowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving Employees complaintsExperience in relationships with works councils and trade unions, including drafting agreements and leading negotiations with low complexityMaster’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplinesProficiency in English both in speaking and writing
