Then come work with us and be part of MSC's family!Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners to define effective test strategies.Design and execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.Contribute to the design and maintenance of automated test cases where applicable.Support the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline (where present).Collaborate daily with developers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle (shift‐left approach).Perform exploratory and targeted manual testing, especially for complex or edge‐case scenarios.Support non‐functional testing activities such as performance and basic load testing (if applicable).Ensure defects are properly identified, documented, and tracked.Promote best practices in testing, including test design, traceability, and documentation.Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Share knowledge within the team and contribute to a quality‐first mindset.Qualifications and ExperienceAround 4–6 years of experience as a Tester / QA Engineer in Agile environments.Strong experience in manual testing of web‐based applications.Basic to intermediate experience or strong interest in test automation.Familiarity with at least one automation tool (e.G., Playwright or similar) is a plus.Good understanding of software testing principles (functional, integration, system testing).Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices is a plus.Exposure to performance or non‐functional testing is an advantage.Ability to collaborate with developers and understand application behavior.Experience in structured software delivery environments.Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.What we offerWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.Moreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
