By joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving this growth and shaping the future of our company. /ppbJoin Our Sales Team as a Digital Consultant! /b /pulliYou are NOT going to sell cars /li /ulpWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Consultant to join our sales team. Based in Milan, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to large dealerships, helping them improve their digital performance. /ppbYour Role /b /ppReporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of dealers, working against monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will achieve the targets by adding monthly revenue from new business, upsell and cross sell outbound activities mainly made over the phone, video call or in person meetings. The split is typically 60% new business and 40% existing customers. /pulliConstantly building a valued pipeline to secure new clients acquisition and achieve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals. /liliConsistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs, such as cold calls and meetings scheduled. /liliSchedule and participate in online and onsite meetings with targeted dealerships. /liliMaintain a high level of reporting in our CRM (Hubspot). /liliBuild and manage a portfolio of existing customers, developing meaningful relationships based on trust and collaboration with C-level stakeholders. /liliHold regular reviews with customers to assess performance, identify challenges and suggest improvements. /liliProvide education and coaching, helping customers embrace innovative solutions, such as Google Analytics, tracking tools and drive progress. /liliConduct portfolio health checks to monitor metrics like lead levels, tracking, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and churn signals. /liliActively identify new opportunities for upsell and cross sell, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction. /li /ulpbWhat You Need : /b /pulli2+ years sales experience working in a fast paced environment within B2B tech. /liliProven ability to engage with C-level and manage the full sales cycle. /liliStrong negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders throughout the sales process. /liliProven ability to maintain high levels of sales activity, including cold calls, emails, and social selling, daily. /liliA strong interest in or familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and analytics tools. /liliOn-Camera Presence, confident and engaging on camera, with clear communication skills to connect with audiences in virtual settings. /liliProactive in generating fresh ideas to enhance contents, campaigns, events and team activities. /liliTeam spirit - Bring positive energy on the sales floor. /liliLanguage Skills : Native-level in Italian and fluency in English (it is our internal company language). /liliDriving License. /li /ulpbWhat We Offer : /b /pulliCompetitive Fixed Salary : €38.000-€50.000 based on experience (not commission based). /lili4-Day Work Week Pilot : Enjoy better work-life with Monday-Thursday schedules. /liliFlexibility : We value work-life balance and understand that there may be times when you need to work from home.
