About the Position
Adecco Italia SPA, in partnership with a leading Italian company in the road infrastructure sector, is seeking motivated and ambitious young graduates to embark on a career as Low-Level Cost Controller Junior in the construction field.
The selected talents will be enrolled in a free 6‑week Academy (240 h) designed to give them all the technical and operational skills needed to enter the working world.

Qualifications
Diploma or ITS in Accounting, Surveying or related programs
Brief prior work experience in a construction context (preferred)
Valid B driving licence
Responsibilities
Support project management for economic planning: drafting initial budget, defining chart of accounts and updating project budget.
Manage active and passive accounting (SIL/SAL): enter data into dedicated systems (CPM, SAP), perform monthly settlements, reconciliations and variance analysis.
Monitor costs and revenues: analyze variances compared to budget, produce full‑life forecasts, update unit costs and quantities.
Assist cost control and WBS/WBE planning, ensuring accurate economic allocation and continuous project data updates.
Draft and verify metric estimates, manage variations (OdS/perizie), support procurement procedures (RdA) and align with SAP.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, archive documents and support reserve and project accounting management.
Contract and training start date: 22 June 2026 (full‑time Monday‑Friday).
