ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement best‐of‐breed, market‐leading IAM solutions.Manage, analyze and plan the evolution of IAM solutions in medium or large contexts.Architect Identity & Access Management solutions covering SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), One‐Time‐Password, Identity Governance, provisioning, account reconciliation across multiple targets, password management (reset, recovery, self‐service, synchronization, etc.) and role‐based access control (RBAC).Design, implement and manage privileged account governance solutions (PAM).Design, implement and manage Identity Governance solutions, including custom workflow definition for user lifecycle management, account provisioning/deprovisioning, application integration and workflow creation.Qualifications2‐4 years of experience in consulting, IAM, IAG, or PAM.Strong knowledge of IAM best practices, security and compliance requirements, and experience with Active Directory, SSO, PAM and MFA.Proficiency in at least one IAM technology (Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, SailPoint, OneIdentity, Saviynt, etc.) and related certification.Experience with LDAP (e.g., MS Active Directory) and basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database technologies (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.Good command of English, preferably with international study or work experience.Benefits & ValuesInclusive, equitable work environment that respects and values diversity.Hybrid working model promoting a healthy work‐life balance.Advanced training and development programs.International mindset and innovative projects.Programs focused on psychological and physical well‐being.KPMG Advisory S.p.A. guarantees equal opportunities.
