With over 50,000 customers worldwide and treating more than 11 million cubic metres of water daily, we are at the forefront of ecological transformation across the world.This role will report to the Director of Compliance and Governance, taking responsibility for managing both internal and external audits while overseeing global contract management activities. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with practical expertise in procurement and contract management.The role encompasses two main areas : Leading audit preparation and execution across financial, quality, and group audits, while tracking findings through to completion. Additionally, you will oversee global contract management, including template development, risk assessment, and policy creation to ensure robust supplier relationships.What are the Day-to-Day Duties?Develop and maintain standardised contract templates and terms & conditionsLead audit preparation and manage stakeholder relationships during auditsReview supplier contracts for potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesOversee contract management tools and databasesConduct periodic audits of existing contractsMonitor and report progress on audit findingsDevelop and implement delegation of authority strategyProvide expert guidance on contract interpretation and negotiationQualificationsWhat Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Proven experience in procurement or contract managementStrong understanding of SAP modules, particularly MM, P2P, and APDemonstrated ability in developing procedures and work instructionsExperience in managing global cross-functional teamsStrategic thinking with analytical problem-solving capabilitiesExcellence in verbal and written communicationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain (or industry experience)Knowledge of contract management principles and procurement methodsIf you have extensive contract management experience and a strong background in procurement operations, with the ability to lead complex audit processes, we want to hear from you.Additional InformationVeolia WTS is committed to continually building on our inclusive environment where all employees thrive.
