Experteer Overview In this role you manage Patients/Hospitals/Physicians processes and lead logistics for LifeVest spares, ensuring timely shipments and returns. You build and maintain hospital relationships to support information flow, shipping documentation, and activations/dismissals. You will support Sales, coordinate with Invoicing, Orders/Credit, Tech Support, and regional teams, and supervise ERP data handling. Your work enables efficient, accurate operations that contribute to life-saving therapies and reliable service. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position at ZOLL with a focus on logistics and customer-centric support.

Process Purchase Orders
Perform national inventory checks
Allocate medical device components
Manage courier shipments and tracking
Coordinate returns and urgent shipments
Produce regular reports and analytics (shipments, returns, top urgents, complaints)
Quality management for expiring/damaged items
Interact with the German warehouse and logistics partners
Responsabilità MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
ERP systems experience
Organized, precise, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with hands-on mentality and persistence
Fluency in English; Italian language (Expert) is preferred
Less than 1 year admin/intern experience preferred
