Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe's foremost hubs.\nYour key responsibilities Prepare data to support periodic call with the customers\nUpdate Report of Customer Service and KPIs\nCoordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the “Communication Improvement” project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply\nCoordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change\nEnter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract time\nCollect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP; activities\nAnalyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms\nMonitor the customers’ orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)\nAnalyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event\nOrganize the products shipment and pick-up\nMaintain the Customer and the Product Master data Your profile University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)\nExperience in Customer Service / Planning\nKnowledge the of Supply Chain process\nKnowledge of customer order management and demand analysis\nExperience in data analysis (Excel, ERP)\nAbility using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphics\nAbility to prepare power point presentations\nFluent in English and Italian\nAPICS certification (preferred)\nSense of responsibility and perseverance\nTime management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines\nExcellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage information\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations Your motivation\nAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
