Job Description:

Closer to Space, closer to the Future: join Telespazio

Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), is a global leader in satellite solutions and services. Established in Italy in 1961 and headquartered in Rome, the company is a key player in the Space Alliance, a strategic partnership with Thales Alenia Space, offering a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge space services. With over 3.300 professionals across its subsidiaries in Europe and Latin America, Telespazio operates a vast international network of Space Centers and Teleport stations, providing innovative solutions that drive progress in Geoinformation Services, Satellite Systems and Operations and Satellite Communications.

Within the LoB Satellite Communications we are looking for a Sales Manager focused on the developement of the Public Administration Market.


Your responsibilities will include supporting the growth plan of the target market by developing the existing customer portfolio and enlarging Telespazio penetration rate on new potential customers.
Our goal is to establish and expand long-term business relations, and drive sustainable success for our institutional clients and the technology partners who work with them.

You are passionate about sales, negotiation, teamworking, entrepreneurial spirit, ready to work in a fast-paced environment, achieve ambitious goals and constantly embrace the Telespazio culture.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about sales and business negotiations with an entrepreneurial mindset

2. 5 years of sales experience in the technology/telecom field

3. Sales experience in one of the mentioned verticals

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Italian, English)

5. BA/MS degree required

6. Leadership and team management skills

7. Knowledge of terrestrial and satellite communications

8. Knowledge of the market and solutions of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAS)
