Kitchen Operations Manager - A Key Leadership Role in a High-Performance Kitchen
We are seeking an experienced and skilled kitchen operations manager to lead our team. This is a full-time position requiring 6 days a week, with variable shifts.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, with a proven track record of managing kitchens and coordinating teams.
The selected person will be responsible for:
* Managing the kitchen and coordinating the brigade
* Planning menus to ensure consistency and quality
* Maintaining the established quality standards
* Managing orders and supplies
* Cleaning the work area and the kitchen in general
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes.
They will also have strong plating skills and be able to identify nutritional properties of food items.
