Job Mission: To develop and implement business growth in line with company goals and objectives, manage sales activities and customer relations for COVAL products across the territory, and provide technical support, ensuring excellent service for both channel partners and end customers. Key Responsibilities: Developing and managing sales channels for all industrial COVAL products and accessories in alignment with territory sales goals. Documenting and managing sales activities, including customer visits, opportunities, and account information, through Salesforce CRM and COVAL’s Sales Excellence process. Conducting regular reviews with distributors and other channel partners to promote regional growth. Providing customers and channel partners with technical support for COVAL product lines. Collaborating with other COVAL divisions and departments to cultivate and manage sales activity in the region. Participating in COVAL-hosted annual distributor/rep meetings, events, and activities. Offering on-site customer service and technical support for products. Assisting with tradeshow preparation and coverage. Collaborating with internal partners to achieve territory sales objectives. Requirements: Strong organizational skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred). Prior experience working with Manufacturer Distributors (preferred).
