Mechanical & Optical System Engineer – Flight Simulators

TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer to join the Aerospace & Aviation team within the Training & Simulation Business Unit.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on flight systems, with a particular focus on the visual display system, supporting the team throughout all implementation phases — from design to installation and final system acceptance.
Main Responsibilities
* Design of the flight simulator visual display system and optical design with related mechanical integration.
* Supervision of installation activities.
* Management and implementation of modifications to the projection system.
* Setup, calibration, and analysis of projected images.
* Validation and testing of the visual display system.
* Preparation of technical project reports.
* Support for design review activities.
Required Technical Skills
* Knowledge of structural design principles.
* Understanding of optical principles related to projection systems, lenses, and calibration procedures.
* Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, CATIA, and/or AutoCAD.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Education
Degree or diploma in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
