Position Summary: Reporting to the Account Manager, he/she will be responsible for commercial back office activities and customer service. Primary/Essential Responsibilities: - Creation of offers and sending to customers; - Post-sales assistance related to order management and deliveries; - Complaint management; - Order entry in company ERP system; - nterface with purchasing, production, and shipping departments for delivery progress; Required Qualifications Basic: - High School Diploma; - Proficiency in using PC and MS Office package (good Excel level); - Good English (at least B2); - Good communication skills; - Initiative; - Team working; Preferred: - Degree in Economics; - and/or in international companies; - Background in the mechanical engineering field;
