We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant for our Milan office.
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and the team with day-to-day operations, including:
* Liaising with different stakeholders (clients, suppliers, candidates, Boyden colleagues worldwide);
* Preparing business proposals, candidates’ profiles & dossiers, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in Italian and English;
* Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and organizing meetings and interviews both in Italy and abroad;
* Arranging travel itineraries and accommodation;
* Devising and maintaining back-office processes, including data management and filing;
* Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
* Reception duties and incoming calls;
The ideal candidate has 3⁄5 years of experience in similar roles, speaks fluent Italian and English (additional languages would be a plus) and is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
The office is located in the centre of Milan (Missori).
The search is urgent and immediate availability is preferred.
Full-time contract.
