Services include maintenance of diesel generators, power distribution systems, HVAC, radomes, site security systems, and other station ancillary infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability of mission-critical SATCOM operations /ppThe contractor will provide System Management Services supporting the SATCOM Operations Team in Lughezzano – Verona - Italy, focusing on server and network infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and operational readiness. /ppbr/p pbHigh level description of main activities: /b /ppbr/ppPrime Power and Generators: /pulliMaintain prime power systems (transformer vaults to distribution boards). /liliOperate and maintain diesel-electric generators, ensuring fuel supply and availability. /liliProvide compliance inspections in accordance with CEI 64/08 prescriptions. /li /ulpNo-Break Power Systems: /pulliOperate and maintain UPS, batteries, and emergency lighting. /li /ulpAncillary Systems: /pulliPerform preventive maintenance on cross-site cabling, grounding, lightning protection, radomes, EMP pneumatic doors, and hydraulic systems. /liliProvide basic maintenance of site security systems (gates, bollards, access infrastructure). /li /ulpEnvironmental Systems: /pulliProvide maintenance of HVAC, heating, air handling units, and fire protection systems. /liliCollaborate with industry providers for contracted services under Site Engineer oversight. /li /ulpSupport Activities: /pulliMaintain accurate service records in TT-Comms, ITSM, and site logbooks. /liliProvide monthly status reports on maintenance, incidents, and improvements. /liliSupport Site Engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppThe Contractor is expected to follow the Purchaser’s working hours - Monday to Thursday from 08h30 until 17h30 and Friday from 08h30 until 15h30.
