We're building Vibiz.ai, the first Vibe Business Platform.
We're VC-backed, already have hundreds of paying customers, and we're building an AI agent that runs your entire business autonomously:

drives growth
Now we're looking for a Founding Full-Stack Marketer to own our go-to-market engine from day one.
What you'll do
* Own the entire GTM motion: strategy → execution → iteration → repeat
* Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok (and whatever's next)
* Build and manage influencer marketing & EGC pipelines
* Create video content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, optimizing
* Set up marketing automations (n8n, Zapier, Make) — move data like a machine
* Launch distribution experiments nobody else is running
* Work directly with founders to define brand voice & growth playbook
* Use AI tools aggressively (Leonardo, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway — and whatever drops next week)
* Apply AI across everything to get 10x output
You are
* A full-stack growth animal: paid, organic, influencer, video, automation
* Someone who's already done distribution for a startup (or built something yourself)
* Obsessed with AI and already using it daily
* A creator at heart — you've published content and put yourself out there
* Comfortable with chaos, speed, and zero playbooks
* Builder > employee
* Speed > comfort
* Impact > title
Hard requirements (read carefully)

* You use AI tools daily (non-negotiable)
* Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* You can build automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
* You've created and published video content (show us)
* You live within 1 hour by car from Verona or are ready to relocate (mandatory)
* You can show real work: campaigns, profiles, results, portfolio
