The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€esperienza1 annoresponsabilità Coordinate and organize ARB meetings, including scheduling, agendas, logistics, and invitations; Collect, prepare, and distribute architecture review materials and documentation; Ensure adherence to ARB governance processes, standards, and timelines; Support governance processes related to platform roadmaps, initiatives, and changes; Facilitate information flow between Platform Teams and the ARB; Track platform-related decisions, dependencies, and escalations; Support preparation of platform reviews, updates, and reporting; Support onboarding and awareness of ARB and Platform governance processes; Communicate decisions, actions, and updates to relevant stakeholders.qualifiche Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level); Previous experience with IT architecture, enterprise platforms, or digital delivery environments; Understanding of governance frameworks, decision‑making bodies, or review boards; Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams);Behavioural competencies: proactive and reliable, discrete and professional when handling sensitive information, structured, methodical, and detail‑oriented, comfortable working in cross‑functional, matrixed environments. Assignment: initial contract of 3 or 4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 24 months.Salary: approx. €2326,00 per month before taxes.Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
