What You Will Learn
* Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies and optimization tools
* Monitor, understand, and analyze technical and operational KPIs to drive data‑based decision
* Gain hands‑on experience in managing, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of operational and manufacturing data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives
* Analyze industrial performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency
* Collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams across different regions
* Gain a global understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial projects
* Contribute to projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, and operational performance
* Strengthen analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment
What We Are Looking For
* A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar
* Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
* High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, macros)
* Strong passion on data analysis and comfortable working with large sets of data in a fast‑paced environment
* Good interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency
* Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc)
* Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..)
