To strengthen its Trade team, Artemest is looking for aProject Manager with an Interior Design background.The ideal candidate will join theTrade & Design Project ManagementTeam, playing a key role in leading large-scale interior projects for our Business clients (Architects, Interior Designers, and Luxury Brands), while driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management of B2B Interior Design Projects:Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of interior design projects—from client briefing to final delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Client Account Support:Act as the main point of contact for key trade accounts (e.g. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands), understanding their needs and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
* Concept Development & Presentation:Develop design concepts and moodboards; create customized presentations tailored to specific client goals and brand aesthetics.
* Vendor & Supplier Coordination:Collaborate with the supplier network to source materials and products, ensuring feasibility, availability, and alignment with project specifications.
* Budget & Margin Analysis:Evaluate project costs, margins, and commercial viability; provide value-driven solutions that meet both creative and financial goals.
* Regulatory & Technical Oversight: Assess project requirements including certifications, technical specifications, and compliance needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Order Management, and Administration) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
* Process & Workflow Optimization:Monitor project milestones, flag potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
* New Opportunity Assessment:Evaluate incoming project opportunities and prepare strategic responses in collaboration with the sales and design teams.
