ETRA S.p.A. is recruiting a temporary specialist for maternity leave replacement in the Customer Management unit.
Key responsibilities
* Front/Back office customer interactions.
* Customer request and relationship management.
* Communication processes with customers.
* Customer database management.
* Telephone customer consulting.
* Telephone contract management and issue verification.
* Customer management in accordance with service card and regulations.
Qualifications
* High school diploma required; university degree in economics, law, or humanities preferred.
* At least one year experience in customer management in structured companies.
* French oral and written level B1 minimum; English and/or Spanish knowledge preferred.
* Knowledge of Neta or similar management system preferred.
* Knowledge of sector regulations preferred.
* Knowledge of waste separation methods preferred.
* Office package (Word, Excel) good knowledge.
* Driver B licence.
* No non‑penal convictions or restricting measures.
* Excellent communication, relational, group work, open mind and problem‑solving skills.
