The primary objective is to create a safe, compliant working environment that minimizes environmental impact and fosters a culture of health and safety throughout the organization, while ensuring full regulatory compliance. /p h3Strategic Responsibilities /h3 ulliRegularly conduct risk assessments, safety training, and environmental sustainability programs at the site. /liliOversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and manufacturing waste, continuously seeking improvements. /liliDevelop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS programs, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). /liliDevelop and maintain emergency response plans. /liliSupport the Regulatory team to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations. /li /ul h3Operational Responsibilities /h3 ulliPerform regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. /liliParticipate in review meetings to evaluate safety performance, discuss concerns, and implement corrective actions. /liliEnsure thorough documentation of incidents, audits, safety observations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and EHS metrics by the team. /liliImplement procedures to safeguard contractors and subcontractors working onsite, including pre-qualification assessments, safety training, and supervision of their activities. /li /ul h3People Management /h3 ulliPlan and conduct EHS training sessions, awareness programs, and drills to educate employees on workplace safety standards, emergency procedures, and proper equipment use. /liliDrive a mindset shift towards an EHS-compliant workplace culture. /liliLead safety culture-building initiatives through training and onsite programs designed to influence behavior and improve site safety. /liliImplement tools and practices that enhance safety awareness and compliance. /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ulliMitigate risks arising from non-compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. /liliAddress hazards related to exposure to chemicals or unsafe working conditions to protect employee health and well-being. /liliRemain proactive in identifying and managing new risks introduced by evolving pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies and processes. /li /ul pbCompetenze ed esperienza /b /p ulliBachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
