As a Strategic Proposal Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and submission of winning proposals. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the proposal preparation process, ensuring seamless execution from bid analysis to final submission. 
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual constraints. 
Key responsibilities include: 
- Coordinating proposal preparation activities across multiple stakeholders 
- Developing and managing proposal timelines, budgets, and resources 
- Ensuring alignment with company procedures and customer procurement rules 
- Collaborating with technical and operational teams to develop innovative solutions 
- Preparing and editing proposal content, including bid documents and presentations 
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with customers 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent planning, organisational skills, and time management abilities. A strong understanding of risk aspects and their management is also essential. Fluency in English is required, as well as a team player mindset.
