Monta Italy Country Manager
Since entering into a strategic partnership with Monta in 2022, DHL Supply Chain has been working closely with Monta to foster collaboration and achieving functional synergies, as well as rolling out Monta’s e‑fulfillment services internationally leveraging DHL Supply Chain’s infrastructure.
As a leading Dutch e‑fulfillment provider, Monta offers comprehensive fulfillment solutions for small and medium‑sized web shops, managing everything from product storage to the picking, packing, and global shipping of orders.
With a robust portfolio serving over 3,000 web shops and shipping more than 20 million orders annually, Monta is at the forefront of the e‑fulfillment industry.
Together, DHL Supply Chain and Monta are already making strides in 5 different countries while sharing valuable knowledge across various functional areas, including HR, Finance, Legal, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market share for Monta’s products in the country.
* Build, empower and train a team that is adequately able to grow the Monta product in the country.
* Ensure that financial performance aligns with budgetary expectations and promptly report and address any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective campaigns and initiatives that resonate with local customers.
* Foster strong relationships with key clients and local partners to ensure good performance and high customer satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the effective recruitment and onboarding of new customers.
* Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
* Higher professional education level Master’s degree or equivalent.
* More than 10 years of managerial experience in e‑commerce or logistics, with a focus on growth.
* Depth knowledge on the Country eCom market.
* Leading by example, being approachable, and actively contributing to your team's success.
* Be passionate about developing people and take the initiative to create a supportive work environment.
