Using this experience as Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a group of cafés within a designated region, focusing on four key areas: People, Customers, Operations and Finance. Your work will include supervising the implementation of best practices and complying with legal policies and procedures while meeting financial goals. /p pBut more than management, this role is about growth and making every day a little better for customers and colleagues.
