Job Title: Fine Dining Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.
* Plan, lead, and execute daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules.
* Maintain operational excellence and implement SOPs to ensure service consistency.
* Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
* Manage restaurant budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
* Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce overhead.
* Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Coordinate closely with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality.
* E nsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations.
* Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns.
* Foster relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
* Conduct quality audits and inspections to maintain high service standards.
Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
* Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.
* Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
* Proficient in POS systems, Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software.
* Fluent in Italian cuisines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Health & Safety and Hygiene Certification required.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
