We are seeking diploma holders and technical graduates with a passion for energy transformation to join us as a Cabling/Assembly Specialist Operator. Selected candidates will be recruited immediately under a permanent Apprenticeship contract, with concurrent enrollment in an advanced Academy training program to acquire the specific technical skills required for the role. Responsibilities
Assemble and test electrical and mechanical subassemblies of products according to official procedures, drawings, and higher-level guidance. Follow internal production and testing plans, reporting critical issues, deviations, and solutions. Support related functions and customers, if present. Adhere to the company’s EHS quality rules and standards.
Required qualifications
Diploma from a Technical Institute (preferred) or professional qualification. Previous technical experience as an electrician, cable assembler, or similar. Availability to work shifts. Preferable possession of PES certificate, forklift and crane operating certificates. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, cabling, and drawing interpretation. Familiarity with standard tools (e.g., open-ended wrenches, drill, torque wrench, screwdriver). Basic English language skills. Strong teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and problem‑solving attitude.
