* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in clients’ homes.
* Complete assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans.
* Provide clinical care including medication administration and wound management.
* Mentor and guide care staff to deliver quality services.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.

Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP).
* Understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance requirements.
* National Police Check (current).
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
* Experience in supervising staff and managing care plans.
* Professional Indemnity Insurance.
