A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.What you will doThe main purpose of the position is to design and deliver HR Cost Controlling Process across all countries, monitoring headcount, budget trends and preparing all related analysis suggesting actions to maximize business efficiency.Design Haier Europe HR Cost Controlling Process and deploy guidelines across all countries; Perform the HR cost plan, forecast and budget for the Region, managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual-forecast vs budget); Collect and analyze costs and headcount in partnership with Finance and Country HR Business Partners with the aim to identify risks and opportunities.Ensure local analysis on personnel costs and suggest cost-optimization based on local business awareness.Maintain HR systems data updated through monthly check and update of personnel cost variations.Monitor KPIs analysis (e.G. turnover, absenteeism, vacations, etc.).Prepare timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends; Manage and update monthly reports to share with Administration & Control function in order to guarantee alignment within the processes; Manage direct contacts with local HR Business Partners regarding the analysis of local HR Cost Controlling matters; Drive the group reporting integration process through the consolidation of a set of dashboards (monthly, quarterly and yearly).What you need to succeedEducation: University Degree in Business Administration or FinanceProfessional ExperienceMinimum 1 years of relevant experience as Cost Controller / Personnel Administration / Finance Controller in a multinational and well-structured HR department; Experience in personnel cost managementLanguages: Fluent English and ItalianPreferred qualifications & soft skills: Strong analytical skillsInterpersonal skills: excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to deal with Senior ManagementCommitment to confidentialityProficiency user of Excel and Power PointOther: Availability for international business travels#LI-GG1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
