As a UX Research Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of key research studies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of UX, Product, and Design in a dynamic digital environment.\nYou’ll be working closely with experienced UX Researchers and cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data Analyst). This internship is designed to offer meaningful learning, mentorship, and exposure to real projects that drive value for both users and the business.\nJob Requirements\n\nPreferably a degree in Psychology, Sociology, UX Design, or a related field.\nGenuine interest in user research, digital products, and user experience.\nAn analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new research methodologies.\nQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new research tools (e.g., tools for interviews, surveys, usability analysis).\nStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.\nTeam player with good communication skills, both in Italian and English.\nFlexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nResearch studies – assist in preparing research materials and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g., interview protocols, survey, focus group).\nData analysis – contribute to the analysis of research data, using specific tools to synthesize findings and identify key user behavior insights.\nDocumentation and sharing – help document research findings and create clear presentations for the Product teams.\nDemocratizing UX Research – actively support the spreading of user‑centric culture and research practices across the company.\n\nJob Benefits\n\nMonthly expense reimbursement of €700.\n€8 meal vouchers per day.\nFlexible working arrangements available.\n\nSubito is an equal‑opportunity employer.
