What You Will Do
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists across Europe
- Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Improve messaging based on real market feedback
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
- Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales
- Comfortable selling projects in the €20k–€100k range
- Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus
- Organized, accountable, and numbers-oriented
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
