The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Lean initiatives, training team members, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean principles and Agile methodologies, as well as the ability to coach and mentor teams at all levels. Proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is preferred. The position will oversee projects in four countries: Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Andorra. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate development of Value Stream Maps (VSMs) and Kaizen workshops within your area of responsibility, as requested. /li liProvide comprehensive training to team members on Lean principles and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to implement these practices effectively. /li liOffer ongoing coaching to ensure the proper use of Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. /li liOrganize and coach Rapid Continuous Improvement events (Kaizen) to drive quick and effective changes. /li liDevelop and deliver training programs to build awareness and understanding of Lean practices across the organization. /li liHelp organize events to share best practices and promote process excellence within the business. /li liAssist in managing the process excellence training infrastructure, including the creation and maintenance of presentation materials. /li liEvaluate the organization's readiness for change, develop an implementation roadmap to scale Agile practices to the enterprise level, and use Agile methods to drive transformation. /li liPromote Agile best practices, working independently or as part of a team to disseminate these practices throughout the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. /li liProven experience in Lean coaching and Agile methodologies. /li liStrong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and techniques. /li liExcellent training and coaching skills; ability to lead and facilitate workshops and improvement events. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills; experience in managing training programs and materials. /li liExperience in assessing organizational readiness for change and developing implementation roadmaps. /li liProficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is preferred. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liUnderstanding of the DMAIC process. /li liProficiency in Kaizen and data analysis. /li liFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and techniques. /li liStrong grasp of Lean concepts, principles, and tools. /li liKnowledge of statistical process control concepts. /li liUnderstanding of Lean Management and the software development lifecycle. /li /ul h3Desired Experience /h3 ul liAssist the Portfolio Management team in portfolio backlog creation and grooming. /li liTrain and coach product owners with the creation of portfolio-level Epics and Features, performing continuous prioritization/grooming of both portfolio and program backlogs. /li liAssist in Agile Release Planning. /li liDevelop and enable Product Managers as Business Content Authority Experts for the release trains, by facilitating Release Train readiness reviews, backlog grooming activities, and Inspect and Adapt (IA) workshops. /li liImplement relevant Scaled Agile Framework metrics at the team, program, and portfolio levels. /li liMentor and assist coaching staff in helping teams with effective backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, capturing retrospective results with an eye on process and practice improvement. /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pOpportunity to drive significant improvements and transformations within the organization.
