As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and bringing our campaigns to life. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and YouTube to achieve business objectives such as lead generation and brand awareness.
* Perform keyword research and audience targeting to create highly effective ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
* Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team to drive engagement and click-through rates across multiple campaigns.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are highly desirable.
* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results; familiarity with other PPC platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to interpret data and inform decisions.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.
