As a Project Finance Analyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will have the chance to experience and manage complex transactions gaining exposure and knowledge by: Engaging in the origination, structuring, and execution of Structured Finance transactions (focused on Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors); Developing financial models, analyzing business plans, and due diligence aimed at preparing credit applications; Providing support in the internal credit processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing the documentation for internal business & credit approvals; Analyzing and negotiating NDAs, term sheets, financial agreements, etc. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant work experience in structured finance or financial advisory.
