The internship will last six months and will be based in our Balvano site, with the opportunity to develop your thesis project. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the analysis of industrial performance, working with key KPIs to understand plant efficiency and cost dynamics and translating operational data into meaningful insights. /li liContribute to planning activities, including budget and forecasting processes, supporting data collection, consolidation, and analysis. /li liBe involved in cost estimation activities related to new projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data. /li liSupport local administrative and reporting tasks to maintain the reliability of financial information and alignment with internal processes. /li liCollaborate with different stakeholders across functions, gaining exposure to the industrial environment and its cross‑functional dynamics. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pCurrently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field and looking for a curricular internship to complement your academic path. /p pSolid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with SAP being a plus. /p pAnalytical skills, effective communication, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented and international environments.
