Profile The role of the Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager is fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager. Requirements include helping run the Boutique, being a guide to the in-store team and acting as a reference point for customers. Role responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the team by example and ensuring the correct management of the store. In particular, the Assistant Store Manager will be in charge of: Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines. Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and colleagues, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust. Guiding sales operations and ensuring that both customer service and the selling ceremony are compliant with company guidelines, with the aim of providing all customers with a special experience. Collaborates with Store Manager to set goals that are specific, actionable, and based on established KPI's, promoting the achievement of assigned targets based both on store targets and set up goals, Supporting the Store Manager in the organization of events and trunk shows in order to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instil and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented. Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis. Enriching its presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections for the team and themselves.
