Who We’re Looking For
In anticipation of opening our temporary store Sundek in Scalo Milano Outlet, we are seeking a Sales Assistant with experience in fashion retail, a passion for fashion, and a customer‑focused mindset. The employee will greet and assist customers throughout their purchasing experience, ensuring attentive and professional service. They will also take care of the store’s visual presentation, maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper product display. Courteousness, friendliness, and a strong teamwork attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in sales.
* Maintain and manage merchandise to guarantee maximum product availability in the department.
* Maintain store order and cleanliness.
* Manage the (pre‑sale) area order and management.
* Manage fitting rooms following company guidelines.
* Handle cash operations.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
* Previous experience as a sales associate in fashion retail (apparel and footwear).
* Excellent knowledge of the English language.
* Strong communicative and relational skills.
* Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.
Contract
Initial entry with a fixed‑term contract, full‑time (40 h per week).
