Who you are You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in management consulting or a fast-growing startup. You are organized, can prioritize effectively, and make quick decisions based on your analytical mindset. You enjoy working in a matrix environment, collaborating with marketing, sales, product management, and tech teams. You can transition from strategy to execution seamlessly and are willing to get hands-on. You are fluent in Spanish and English. What you will do Assist the Brand Manager in all business management and growth activities. Understand market trends and customer needs to inform actions. Create omnichannel brand campaigns and monitor KPIs. Analyze and optimize business metrics, including conversions and AOV. Contribute to developing tactical and strategic roadmaps for scaling the business. Collaborate with central teams to leverage their expertise.
