Requirements

- Lean Agile leadership experience across multiple large and complex projects, across distributed teams, across multiple locations
- Strong leader with experience measuring Agile projects against Lean portfolio metrics
- Strong backlog management and facilitation techniques
- JIRA configuration and management
- Familiar with software development lifecycle and customer centricity
- Strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external, in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong communication skills with key stakeholders to ensure project scope is understood and implemented correctly
- Advocate of continuous improvement and industry recognized best practices in Agile
- Knowledge of Gaming and Lottery, including Player Platforms, CRM features, remote gaming server integrations and Data Protection is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification and risk-based planning
- Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive
- Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring the best out of each individual
- Excellent communicator, influencing skills and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on ideas and concepts
Responsibilities

- Maintain and ensure continuous integration and release processes are followed
- Provide processes that improve team performance and document all agreements the team defines as part of self-organization
- Coach the Agile team focusing on dynamics and performance; help manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Actively remove impediments and foster an environment of high productivity
- Support xlwpduy team rules and reinforce them over time
- Manage team performance in terms of metrics and deliverables
- Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences
- Facilitate team meetings – daily stand-ups, iteration planning, review, retrospectives
- Create and maintain JIRA processes
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope
- Teach problem-solving techniques and help the team become better problem-solvers for themselves; escalates only after exhausting options
