L'Informatore Scientifico (Expert Field Specialist) avrà il compito di implementare campagne educative e promozionali per i marchi Haleon (Oral Care e Ginecologia), trasformando le strategie aziendali in azioni concrete verso clienti selezionati (Dentisti, Igienisti dentali, Ginecologi). Opererà secondo linee guida definite, utilizzando strumenti di monitoraggio avanzati per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
Il ruolo prevede attività scientifiche e relazionali, con l'obiettivo di promuovere i prodotti Haleon attraverso contenuti basati su evidenze scientifiche, instaurando rapporti professionali di fiducia con gli operatori sanitari (HCP) e i Key External Experts (KEE).
Responsabilità principali
Diventare ambasciatore del brand, applicando la strategia di marca e di categoria verso HCP e KEE.
Pianificare ed eseguire il territory plan basato su segmentazione e targeting, registrando le attività nel CRM e monitorando i risultati.
Condurre visite scientifiche face‐to‐face, workshop e incontri locali (es. Lunch&Learn, meeting ospedalieri, congressi) per presentare argomentazioni scientifiche persuasive e favorire la raccomandazione dei marchi Haleon.
Gestire il lancio di nuovi prodotti attraverso campagne dedicate e attività formative.
Creare e mantenere relazioni con società scientifiche e associazioni di categoria.
Partecipare e supportare congressi e conferenze locali e nazionali, fornendo interventi educativi e formativi.
Organizzare attività presso Scuole di Odontoiatria per formare e coinvolgere i futuri professionisti.
Garantire la conformità alle procedure operative standard (gestione eventi avversi, EFPIA, interazioni scientifiche, gestione campioni).
Condividere best practice e favorire il trasferimento di conoscenze all'interno del team.
Requisiti e competenze
Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica (indirizzo organico/biologico) o Farmacia.
Abilitazione ISF.
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di informatore scientifico o simile.
Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione.
Autonomia operativa e approccio imprenditoriale.
Capacità di instaurare relazioni professionali ed empatiche con HCP, KEE e colleghi.
Buone capacità analitiche e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
Familiarità con l'ambiente odontoiatrico e ginecologico.
Conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali (iPad, MS Office, CRM).
