Our open innovation approach is demonstrated by our willingness to thoroughly explore the energy and digital transition market. /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppAs a Mechanical Engineer within the RD department of “HMI and Control board appliance and Industrial”, you will be responsible for the mechanical development of plastic and metal components used in electronic systems, particularly for household appliances and similar applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tooling/mold suppliers, industrialization, production, and international clients, to ensure: /pulliDefinition of product requirements and mechanical architecture /liliDesign, validation and homologation of developed parts /liliDesign for manufacturing in terms of mold industrialization and easy/cost effective/ safe assembly in production /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDesign and development of plastic and metal mechanical components for electronic applications. /liliInterface with suppliers (internal and external) to define mold construction technologies and validate final components. /liliCollaborate with production teams to define assembly processes and select appropriate technologies. /liliWork closely with client technical offices (including international) to define project requirements and develop technical solutions. /liliAnalyze customer requirements and define mechanical architecture and requirements, starting from internal system requirements and architecture. /liliCreate technical specifications, BoMs, 2D/3D drawings, and project documentation. /liliAnalysis and test prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements. /liliSupport production in resolving quality issues and maintaining documentation. /liliPrepare reports, manuals, and acceptance test documentation. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulliMaster’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering /lili2–5 years of experience in mechanical systems development for electronics, preferably in industrial sectors. /liliProficiency in 3D CAD tools (preferably CREO), including wiring harness modeling. /liliStrong knowledge of plastic and metal materials and their processing technologies. /liliFamiliarity with product and material standards and regulations. /liliAbility to work independently and meet deadlines. /liliStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. /liliFluent in English (spoken and written). /liliWillingness to travel to clients, suppliers, and company sites (including abroad). /liliExperience in managing Design for Manufacturing and related request /liliExperience in Worst case analysis and stack-up analysis /liliExperience in DFMEA. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /pulliExperience with FEM simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS) for structural, vibrational, and thermofluidynamic analysis. /liliExperience with PDM/PLM tools such as Intralink and Teamcenter. /liliAbility to see the “big picture,” take initiative, and manage time effectively. /liliknowledge of French or German is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongHow to be successful in the role and at Bitron: /strong /ppWe are always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who share our values and are ready to embrace new challenges with one goal in mind: building the world of tomorrow.
